 SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

 

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.

 

Order Shipment: Most items listed on our website are in-stock and ready for delivery. Some items are only available for pre-order time to time. We will send you tracking information once your order has been shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. All orders will usually be shipped the same day of purchase.

 

Wrong Ring Size: Before ordering anything that requires measuring for a size, please double check your size before ordering. If you need help finding your ring size please check out the sizing section on website www.Vikingsuniverse/ring/size.com If you happen to order the wrong size and want an exchange, please ship the item back to us and include a note explaining what you need. And we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size.

 

Refunds: If you request a refund (which is highly unlikely because you will love our products) please send the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will issue you your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
